This July, Pici invites you to dive into the flavours of the ocean with its exclusive Summer Seafood Limited Menu. From 1 July to 31 July, guests can enjoy four new vibrant dishes, each crafted to highlight the freshest seasonal seafood and Pici’s renowned handmade pasta. These offerings are perfect for a semi-alfresco dining experience, available daily at all nine of Pici’s locations.

The menu begins with the luxurious Jumbo Oyster Gratin (HKD150), where plump oysters are  baked to perfection with provolone and parmesan cheese, garlic, and parsley. This starter can also be added to dinner sets or tasting menus for an additional HKD20, making it an irresistible beginning to your meal. Next, the Tagliolini Amalfitana (HKD150) captures the essence of the Amalfi Coast with delicate handmade tagliolini pasta, fresh clams, zesty lemon, bottarga, a hint  of chilli, and garlic. This dish promises a vibrant and refreshing taste of summer. 

For those seeking a richer experience, the Fettuccine Sea Urchin and Scallops (HKD220) offers a luxurious combination of creamy sea urchin sauce and succulent Hokkaido scallops,  topped with a spicy ‘nduja crumble. This exquisite dish can be added to set dinners or tasting menus for an additional HKD40. Concluding the menu is the refreshing Orange & Basil Panna Cotta (HKD60), a dessert that combines the creamy smoothness of panna cotta with the citrusy brightness of mandarin jam and the aromatic hint of basil, ensuring a perfect balance of sweetness  and freshness.
