As the leaves turn and the air grows crisp, October marks the start of truffle season — nature’s little treasures harvested from Italy and France, bursting with a rich, earthy, umami, nutty flavour. At Pici, our love for truffles shines through with our renowned Tagliolini Truffle, and this October, we’re thrilled to weave these autumn delights further into our handmade pasta, offering you a taste of luxury that won’t break the bank!

White Asparagus & Truffle Egg Mayo (HKD140)

Features tender Bassanese white asparagus, renowned for its sweet and aromatic flavours, paired with luscious truffle flavoured Japanese egg mayonnaise and fresh black truffle. Inspired by a traditional Veneto recipe, it’s available on our à la carte menu or as part of our set menus for just an extra HKD15 at lunch or dinner.

Pici Truffle & Parma Ham (HKD180)

A special truffle flavoured dough hand rolled Pici Pasta, creating a rich umami experience. Tossed in a creamy truffle sauce and topped with delicate Parma ham and freshly shaved black truffle, this dish is a true celebration of flavour. Enjoy it all day long, either on the menu or as part of a set for an additional HKD20.

Fagottelli Truffle Carbonara (HKD160)
This indulgent take on a classic Roman dish features homemade pasta parcels filled with a creamy truffle carbonara, generously topped with freshly shaved truffle, Parmigiano and crispy guanciale crumble. Available all day, you can savour this dish on our à la carte menu or as part of our sets — with no extra charge at dinner and just HKD15 more at lunch.

Sweet Potato Tiramisu (HKD65)
Topped with chopped toasted pecans, this sweet treat is taking a delightful turn with the addition of purple sweet potato to our classic mascarpone base. Available all day, either on the menu or as part of our sets for no extra charge at dinner and only HKD10 more at lunch.
