Pasta Bar unveils new brunch menu and the return of it’s limited-time Hairy Crab Pasta
Pici is introducing an enticing new brunch menu and the return of the seasonal limited-time dish – Pici Hairy Crab. Starting from mid-October, these culinary delights will be available at all nine Pici locations across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
New Bocconi Brunch, available starting 14 October Brunch enthusiasts and pasta lovers alike are in for a treat with Pici’s new Bocconi Brunch. Priced at HKD268 per person, the meal begins with five starters served in small plates, perfect for sharing and sampling an array of flavours. Guests can enjoy the fresh Tuna Tartare, the classic Vitello Tonnato, Prosciutto and Melon Bites, the hearty Sausage and Borlotti and the rustic Bruschetta Classica.
For the main course, guests can select one dish each from a variety of Pici’s signatures. Options include the rich Pappardelle Beef Cheek, the vibrant Strozzapreti al Pesto, the decadent Tagliatelle Mussels, the luxurious Tagliolini Truffle and the hand-cut Pappardelle. Guests who still have room for more can add a Homemade Meatball for HKD25, or indulge in the creaminess of Burrata Cheese for an extra HKD68.
To conclude the brunch experience on a sweet note, guests can choose between Tiramisu or Panna Cotta for dessert. For those who wish to elevate their brunch experience, Pici offers the option to upgrade to a one-hour free-flow package of Bellini, Beer, Prosecco and Cooler for an additional HKD99 per person.
A Seasonal Showcase: Pici Hairy Crab, available from 16 October – 19 November
From 16 October to 19 November, Pici is bringing back the much-anticipated Pici Hairy Crab, available daily at all Pici locations after 6pm. This sensational dish promises to be a true treat for gastronomes and it showcases the unique blend of Italian culinary craftsmanship and Chinese seasonal indulgence.
The Pici Hairy Crab features a harmonious mix of hairy crab roe and meat, a fragrant ginger clam stock, punchy garlic and aromatic Shaoxing wine. Priced at HKD280 for a la carte or upgrade with tasting menu at HKD98. To complement the pasta, Pici is also offering a dessert of fresh Ginger Gelato with candied ginger on top for HKD60, a refreshing palate cleanser and a perfect ending to the meal.
