Pici’s Fall Specials Are Here!

Pasta Bar unveils new brunch menu and the return of it’s limited-time Hairy Crab Pasta


Pici is introducing an enticing new brunch menu and the return of the seasonal limited-time dish – Pici Hairy Crab. Starting from mid-October, these culinary delights will be available at all nine Pici locations across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.

New Bocconi Brunch, available starting 14 October Brunch enthusiasts and pasta lovers alike are in for a treat with Pici’s new Bocconi Brunch. Priced at HKD268 per person, the meal begins with five starters served in small plates, perfect for sharing and sampling an array of flavours. Guests can enjoy the fresh Tuna Tartare, the classic Vitello Tonnato, Prosciutto and Melon Bites, the hearty Sausage and Borlotti and the rustic Bruschetta Classica.
For the main course, guests can select one dish each from a variety of Pici’s signatures. Options include the rich Pappardelle Beef Cheek, the vibrant Strozzapreti al Pesto, the decadent Tagliatelle Mussels, the luxurious Tagliolini Truffle and the hand-cut Pappardelle. Guests who still have room for more can add a Homemade Meatball for HKD25, or indulge in the creaminess of Burrata Cheese for an extra HKD68.

To conclude the brunch experience on a sweet note, guests can choose between Tiramisu or Panna Cotta for dessert. For those who wish to elevate their brunch experience, Pici offers the option to upgrade to a one-hour free-flow package of Bellini, Beer, Prosecco and Cooler for an additional HKD99 per person.

A Seasonal Showcase: Pici Hairy Crab, available from 16 October – 19 November


From 16 October to 19 November, Pici is bringing back the much-anticipated Pici Hairy Crab, available daily at all Pici locations after 6pm. This sensational dish promises to be a true treat for gastronomes and it showcases the unique blend of Italian culinary craftsmanship and Chinese seasonal indulgence.


The Pici Hairy Crab features a harmonious mix of hairy crab roe and meat, a fragrant ginger clam stock, punchy garlic and aromatic Shaoxing wine. Priced at HKD280 for a la carte or upgrade with tasting menu at HKD98. To complement the pasta, Pici is also offering a dessert of fresh Ginger Gelato with candied ginger on top for HKD60, a refreshing palate cleanser and a perfect ending to the meal.

Available from 17 July to 17 September, this exclusive seasonal menu with seafood inspired dishes will be served simultaneously at all nine of Pici’s locations across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories, providing an unparalleled opportunity for food lovers to indulge in the rich and diverse flavours of the sea.

The succulent seafood journey begins with the Mussels Cocotte (HKD170), featuring Canadian black mussels swimming in a delightful medley of chilli, garlic and marinara sauce. This scrumptious starter will have you dreaming of sun-soaked Mediterranean shores. 

The highlight of this limited-time menu is the mouth-watering Ravioli Lobster (HKD298). Savour the delicate flavours of a tomato-infused dough filled with tender lobster meat, tossed in a bisque reduction elevated with a luxurious Chardonnay cream and a final sprinkling of fresh herbs. Small seafood parcels that your taste buds won’t forget. 

Continue your voyage to culinary paradise with Pici’s Tagliolini ai Cannolicchi (HKD170), an exquisite pasta dish boasting delicate French razor clams, known for their sweet and briny flavour. It’s all tossed together with aromatic bottarga, zesty lemon, fresh parsley and a white wine reduction. A unique combination of ingredients creating a symphony of flavours, instantly whisking you away to the picturesque coastal towns of Italy.

Pici x Sanpellegrino Summer Coolers!

Four Summer Coolers and Sanpellegrino Sparkling Drink launching at select Pici locations starting June 26

This summer, Pici and Sanpellegrino have partnered together to offer Hong Kong diners a welcome escape from the sweltering heat with an all-new range of summer coolers and 100% natural Sanpellegrino Italian Sparkling Drinks. Beginning 26 June and running through August, these refreshing drinks will be available across 9 Pici locations in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories, making them the perfect accompaniment to a delectable and authentic Italian lunch or dinner experience.

The collection of summer coolers features four distinctive flavours, each crafted to provide a unique and invigorating taste experience. First on the list is the Ginger and Peach Soda (HKD65), a delightful fusion of peach puree, lemon juice, ginger-infused syrup, and the all-natural Sanpellegrino Limonata. This zesty blend captures the essence of a Sicilian summer and is garnished with a ginger slice and a lemon wedge. Available exclusively at Pici Kennedy Town and Lai Chi Kok, it is sure to offer guests a revitalising taste of summer.

Next up is the Kiwi Pomenade (HKD65), a refreshing fusion of kiwi puree, lemon juice, and Sanpellegrino Pompelmo, made from gorgeous sun-ripened grapefruit from Mediterranean citrus groves. This invigorating drink, garnished with a kiwi slice and a lemon wedge, can be found at Pici Wanchai, Sha Tin, and Tseung Kwan O.

For those seeking a sophisticated twist on a classic, the Earl Grey Aranciata (HKD65) is the perfect choice. This elegant cooler features a harmonious blend of Earl Grey syrup, lemon juice, and the original sparkling orange drink, Sanpellegrino Aranciata, garnished with an orange wedge. Guests can indulge in this refined beverage at Pici Central and Taikoo Place, adding a touch of sophistication to their dining experience.


Last but not least, the Sicilian Soda (HKD65) delivers a taste of the Mediterranean with its harmonious blend of vanilla syrup, lemon juice, thyme, and Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa. This aromatic cooler, adorned with a thyme sprig and an orange wedge, can be savoured at Pici Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat.

Pasta Rodeo!

Saddle up for a beefy extravaganza at Pici with pastas featuring Westholme Wagyu, Angus beef and more available for a limited time

Howdy, pasta lovers! Pici, your neighbourhood pasta bar, is rounding up a stampede with a limited-time menu – Pasta Rodeo. Get ready to ride into the wild world of hearty beef pasta dishes that will have you yelling ‘Yee-haw’! Made with premium quality meats, from Westholme Wagyu to Angus beef, this menu will surely lasso your taste buds and leave you craving for more.

Starting from 16 May, mosey on down to your local Pici and enjoy a lip-smacking lineup of dishes, created by Corporate Chef Davide Borin. The ‘Pasta Rodeo’ menu features five beefylicious dishes, including two starters, two pasta dishes, and a dessert to share. These cowboy-inspired dishes are available a la carte after 18:00 or as additions to each Pici’s daily dinner tasting menu.

Indulge in the Baked Bone Marrow (HKD170), a bone-licking appetiser with roasted marrow and garlic, sided with sourdough toast. For those looking for an unusual delicacy, savour the exquisite taste of Westholme Wagyu Beef Tongue (HKD120) from Northern Australia, accompanied by zesty salsa verde and pearl onions. The boldly flavoured Tagliatelle Short Ribs (HKD230) features slow-cooked Angus short rib on the bone, Chianti red wine, and saffron cream that will have you kicking up your boots in delight.

The Cavaletti alla Genovese Napoletana (HKD170) with melt-in-your-mouth Westholme Wagyu M6 brisket, white onion, parsley, white wine, and aged cheese come together for a taste sensation that is as wild and untamed as the open range. Round out your meal with a sweet finish of Peach Crumble (HKD140) topped with cinnamon whipped cream.

Saddle up, cowpokes, with round one starting on 16 May and ending on 5 June at Pici Central, Causeway Bay, and Tsim Sha Tsui. Round two will follow from 6 June to 25 June at Pici Wan Chai, Kennedy Town, Taikoo Place, and Tseung Kwan O. These beefy dishes are only available after 18:00 and for limited dates, and you don’t want to miss this rodeo!

Pici Welcomes Its Very First Hairy Crab Season

Beloved fall delicacy to be available in limited quantities across Pici venues in November

The arrival of autumn brings hairy crab back onto menus in Hong Kong and now Pici is getting in on the action. For the first time, guests will enjoy the much-loved fall indulgence through Pici’s signature handmade pasta. A unique showcase of Italian culinary craftsmanship and Chinese seasonal delicacy, Pici Hairy Crab will start from 5 November for dinner, running at each Pici location on set dates across the month with limited quantities available first come first served per night.


Executive Chef Davide Borin has paired the traditional hairy crab flavours and creamy texture with the pasta form for a truly indulgent limited time treat. Pici Hairy Crab HKD260 (+$88 for an upgrade on Tasting menu and Dinner Set), features thick-cut pici, a rustin pasta made of flour, water, salt and oil, dressed with 100g of velvety hairy crab roe and meat, alongside garlic, rich ginger clam stock and shaoxing wine. The ginger clam stock and ‘yellow wine’ twist balance the culture of Yin Yang and the energy of the hairy crab for a harmonious mouth-feel that makes every bite a pure delight.
