For 1–31 October, all ten Pici locations across the city are celebrating truffle season with a limited-edition menu of comforting Italian classics—no fuss, just generous servings finished with freshly shaved, aromatic black truffle. And yes, the cult favourite Pici Truffle & Parma Ham is making its triumphant return.

• Vitello Tonnato Truffle (HKD 130) – A bold autumn opener: tender veal layered with velvety tuna mayo and finished with a rich truffle beef demi-glace for extra savoury depth.

• Tagliolini Truffle and Short Ribs (HKD 190) – Pure comfort: tagliolini coated in a glossy six-hour red wine short rib sauce, finished with black truffle.

• Pici Truffle & Parma Ham (HKD 180) – The star is back: hand-rolled truffle-infused pici, tossed in truffle cream, topped with premium Parma ham and a generous shower of black truffle.

• Panna Cotta Caramel and Apple (HKD 65) – A sweet, seasonal finale: classic panna cotta with tart apple marmaladeand buttery caramel.
