This May, Pici celebrates Al Forno — the Italian art of oven-baked pasta — with a limited-edition collection inspired by the irresistible warmth of our signature Lasagna Classica.

Made with fresh pasta prepared daily by our chefs, each dish is baked until the sauces deepen, the cheese caramelises, and every bite delivers that perfect golden crunch.

Lamb & Saffron Orecchiette Al Forno — HKD160
Slow-cooked lamb and saffron with orecchiette, pecorino, provolone cream, and a golden parmesan crust.

Crab & Prawn Mac & Cheese — HKD160
A rich seafood bisque, homemade pasta, béchamel, provolone, parmesan, and fresh prawns baked au gratin.

Cauliflower Truffle Baked Pasta — HKD130
Cavatelli with cauliflower, spinach, walnuts, truffle, and bubbling parmesan.
